Jessup University

The Challenge:

Jessup University worked with Storyland Studios to rebrand and develop a new campaign. The “Equipped & Known” campaign was focused around communicating to students they were meant to make as difference and Jessup will get you ready. The challenge presented was to create portraits, that spoke to the artistry of them as individuals while being cohesive for the campaign.

The Solution:

Create portraits that spoke to the artistry of them as individuals while being cohesive for the campaign. Utilizing Jessup’s brand colors as the glue, assets were pulled from their personal stories to build collage elements to be responsive to how the needs of the Jessup team.

Storyland Studios worked diligently to take the images created and apply them to the new campaign that was developed for the “Equipped to Lead” campaign.

To Be Known

Utilizing portraits provided from staff photographer and statements collected from the students, elements were collected to begin telling their stories. Initial sketches were created to visually communicate the interests and stories of each student.

Each portrait was build with elements pulled from their areas of interest, degree of study and artifacts from their story and unique life experiences.

Seeing the Campaign
In Context

Being able to see how the illustration and vision for the campaign would play out its important to set the stage and help visualize the end result. The internal team at Storyland Studios built out these mock ups to help Jessup envision how the campaign would look in application around the campus. It was also important to include examples of marketing and advertising outside of the university.
